The Ultimate VE Certificate, DVE You supply the frame!

GAPA-DVE Award. If you complete VE1-VE7, VE9, VO1, VO2 and VY2 you get to claim the DVE PINNACLE award on which there is space to collect the harder Canadian Marine VE0, VE8, CY0, CY9, VY0 and VY1. These awards are numbered. These awards are offered in different modes each being shown on the endorsement BAR or stamp. The achievement recognition will be posted in the relevant mode OLAR table.
